I am well equipped to help independent schools in challenging times, and my goal is to help schools work more efficiently, and strategically allocate resources towards their objectives. Drawing upon my background in educational leadership and experience of successful models, I specialise in identifying structural inefficiencies that are often difficult to detect internally. 

My experience spans both day and boarding schools, encompasses leadership, teaching, governance and inspection. I bring an analytical and educational approach ensuring that priorities are informed and addressed.
