A fee structure to match your school

Option 1: Flat fee

For a fixed fee, I will review your arrangements, and deliver an executive level report. This can be incorporated into your forward looking financial modelling, allowing you to select priority action points.

Current fee: £1,000

Option 2: No up front cost

I can work with you to review your staffing and academic delivery, identifying areas for savings. The overall fee is based upon the savings that you implement.

Current fee: 2% of savings achieved over a 5-year period.

Option 3: Step-by-step

In this model, you would share your arrangements with me and I identify savings to the level requested for the fee agreed. If you wish to continue, I conduct a deeper review and provide further recommendations.
